Event Coverage Options

Exit 9C covers production and sells directly to families. The event receives an agreed share of revenue.

Fixed Coverage

A straightforward fixed event fee. Families may still purchase add-ons if desired.

We operate professionally and respectfully:

  • Safety first: we follow floor/ice flow rules and never interfere with judges or staff

  • Non-disruptive setup: compact gear, minimal footprint, silent operation when required
